McKay Tillman is the owner and lead provider at Unbound Weight Loss & Medical Clinic. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, credentialed by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. With over two decades of experience in healthcare, McKay brings a deep commitment to patient-centered care and a well-rounded clinical background.

Before earning her Nurse Practitioner certification in 2022, McKay worked as a nurse for eighteen years. Her nursing career includes extensive experience in wound care, long-term care, acute care settings such as inpatient med-surg, emergency departments, and supervisory roles. As a Nurse Practitioner, she has provided high-quality care in weight management, geriatrics, urgent care, family practice, and gynecology.

At Unbound, McKay’s mission is simple: to provide compassionate, individualized, and educational care to every patient who walks through the door. She believes patients deserve more than just a quick appointment—they deserve to feel heard, valued, and supported in their health journey, whether seeking help for weight loss or treatment for acute symptoms.

McKay is a proud Anson County native, deeply rooted in the local community. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they’re raising two energetic, fun-loving daughters. When she’s not at the clinic, McKay enjoys cheering her girls on in sports, being active in church, and spending quality time with her family hiking, traveling, and making memories together
